Word from the Executive Director
There is a lot of discussion of short sales and foreclosures
among the membership. The National Association of REALTORS® is considering new
rules to better describe the status of properties in MLS’s. Currently the NJMLS
has “REO” and “Bank Owned” in the feature section of the listings. We also notified
the membership via an email blast in January and a message in the February Newsletter
with wording that should be added to the Remarks regarding short sales and lender
approval required...

Manage Your Showings through KIMweb! Assign Listings to Keyboxes.
The Supra system provides you with information about who entered
your property listings and the date and time they were there. You can obtain this
information from the ShowingValue Dashboard when you log on to KIMweb. First you
need to let the system know which KeyBoxes you wish to track by
