Most of our members are already using ShowingTime on their listings. In 2014, when we first launched ShowingTime, about 30% of the listings in our system had this option enabled. Since then adoption has continued to climb. Currently, 60% of the listings are using ShowingTime to schedule and confirm showing appointments.
The spring market is in full swing and with that you may find yourself busier than any other time of year. This is a good opportunity to test out the convenience of scheduling showing requests online. Enabling ShowingTime on a listing allows appointment requests to be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when the listing agent is unavailable for direct contact. Additionally, the listing agent can access reports and generate feedback from showing agents. We repeatedly hear from our members how much they appreciate the convenience it offers and the time it saves them.
ShowingTime also offers a free mobile app so all of these options can be utilized on the go! Requests made through the system are certain to be delivered quickly through the push notification technology.
