XL Paragon Wireless Access

Have you tried XL Paragon Wireless Access? The NJMLS introduced this value-added service in 2006 to provide members with access to real-time listing information using a web-enabled wireless device.

Now there’s an easy-to-remember website address to connect to our wireless service: newjerseymls.com/mobile. You can also go to newjerseymls.com, click on the photo of the handshake, and you’ll be linked automatically to the wireless service. For a flyer on XL Paragon Wireless Access, click here.

Help Stop the New Jersey Home Sales Tax

NJ Home Sales Tax

Send an Email

Educate the public about the NJ Home Sales Tax and help stop the increase. Encourage your customers to participate in the NJAR letter writing campaign which makes it easy to send a message to legislators. Let them know about the NJAR website, www.njhometax.com, where they can get the facts on this important issue and where they can easily send a letter to their legislators.

If you have a website, add the "New Jersey Home Sales Tax" Button and the "Letter-Writing Campaign" Button on your homepage and make it even easier for your customers to get involved. Download the Buttons from the "Resources" tab on www.njhometax.com."

Short Sales: Part of Today’s Real Estate Landscape

The potential “short sale” has become more commonplace in the current real estate environment. According to NAR, a potential short sale is one where “the listing agent reasonably believes the purchase price may not be enough to cover payment of all liens and costs of sale and the seller is unwilling or unable to bring sufficient liquid assets to the closing.” It is important that NJMLS members understand that they have an obligation to disclose a potential short sale to prospective buyers in the Remarks section of a listing. Suggested language for this is “Potential short sale, subject to lender/bank approval.”
