How long does it take for a photo to be taken by the NJMLS photographer and attached to a listing?
It generally takes 3 to 5 days for a photo to be taken and appear in the system.
Who do I call if there is a problem with my listing photo?
Call our photographer: Jim Elphick at NJMLS 201-387-1150 x-510 or
send an email to photographer@njrealestate.com. Please be
sure to reference the MLS# and leave a number where you can be reached.
What are the fees for listing photos?
The fee for the exterior photo is included with the listing fee. Photos are taken
for all properties with the exception of rental and vacant land listings.
How do I email a photo to NJMLS?
Email it to photographer@njrealestate.com
- please reference the MLS# and address. The fee for NJMLS to attach listings photos is $10.
You can attach your own photo to your listing for no charge.
Can I add my own listing photos?
Yes, you can upload up to 15 listing photos.
What is the procedure to upload my own photos?
Go to Listing Maintenance, Show Me My Listings, enter the MLS # of the listing you will
attaching photos to. From the "Action" column select Add MLS Photo, then click on Add New Photo. A new
window will open that allows you to browse your computer for the photo file. Once you locate the file,
double click on it to load it into the file name field, then click on Upload Photo. The picture will appear
and if all is correct click on Accept and then Finish. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are uploading your own exterior
photo please enter it on the first line. If you would like NJMLS to take the exterior photo, please wait for
this photo to display in the system before you attach interior photos.
How do I order a virtual tour?
You can order an NJMLS Imagemaker 360 Virtual Tour by calling 201-498-0064 or 877-251-0679
or you can order online by clicking here.
How do I link the virtual tour to my listing in XL Paragon?
If a tour was created through Imagemaker 360, the link to your virtual tour will automatically
appear on your listing in XL Paragon and our public web site, njmls.com.
If you have used any other provider, you must manually link your listing to the virtual tour. From the XL
Paragon desktop go to Listing Maintenance, enter the MLS# of your listing in the section marked "Show Me My Listings",
select Add Virtual Tour from the "Action" column, and enter the URL of the virtual tour. This URL is typically
provided to you in an e-mail from the virtual tour provider. Check the virtual tour link by clicking the Verify
button. If the tour does not appear, the URL may not have been entered correctly. If the tour does appear, close
the window where the tour is displaying and click Save.
