New Jersey Realtors® has adopted the new online forms platform powered by zipForm® which will replace Form Simplicity. This decision follows the recent announcement by the National Association of Realtors® to offer zipForm® as a free national benefit, with New Jersey Realtors including e-signature at no additional cost through zipForm® Plus.
