There is no better way to market a property than giving your customers a convenient way to see it.  The NJMLS offers our members an exciting tool that allows you to do this:  Video Tours, powered by Image Maker Media, which are offered to NJMLS members at a special rate.  Potential buyers can get an inside look at your listings anytime of the day or night, by using this easy and economical tool.  Image Maker Media takes care of everything from filming the property, to creating the tour, and then attaching them to your listings on the NJMLS member site and public web sites.

SPECIAL PRICING FOR NJMLS MEMBERS

Photo Set: 15 professional photographs loaded onto your NJMLS listing.  Includes eFlyer.  Cost $99.

Video Tour: 15 professional photographs; 12 photos are used to create video tour.  Cost:  $129. (Sample Tour)

Video Tour with Narration: Writing of customized script to be used as narration, and then added to tour.  Cost:  $179.  (Sample Tour)
