The NJMLS is proud to offer its members an extensive
hands-on computer training program on our web-based MLS system and general computer literacy classes.
All training related to our web-based MLS and all seminars are free for members.
Class sizes are kept small for all training sessions to give our members personalized attention.
All training classes are now available in our Haworth and Rutherford offices.
NEW: Any of the classes listed below can be taught as a Private Class for your office. All Private classes are
taught in one of our training facilities in Haworth or Rutherford. The minimum number of students
required is 10. To schedule a private class call 201-244-3253 and leave a message for the trainer.

| Orientation |
| Orientation is designed to provide new agents with an
introduction to NJMLS policies and procedures, Rules and Regulations, and instructions on how to use the
keypad/lockbox system. Basics of the XL Paragon system will be taught and a password assigned. New agents
MUST take entire course to gain access to the NJMLS system. |

PREREQUISITE: XL Paragon 1 or Orientation.
This workshop will review NJMLS Statistical Graphs in Forms and Documents, Running Agent, Office or NJMLS
Statistics, Running Inventory, NAR Home Sales Report and the Million Dollar Report.

PREREQUISITE: XL Paragon 1 or Orientation.
Get the most out of XL Paragon! Topics include a review of all the new enhancements to the maps and
Map Search, Printing Reports, Tax Search results, CMA's as well as advanced searches for listings,
tax records and tours. Preview the statistics function.

| Tax and Labels Workshop |
PREREQUISITE: XL Paragon Intro OR the ability to login,
search, print and email in XL Paragon. This workshop will give step by step instructions on using the Tax database
and Creating Labels from XL Paragon. This class will review various methods for Creating Advanced Tax Searches, Creating
Labels within XL Paragon or Exporting Addresses for a Spreadsheet or Creating Labels using Microsoft Word.
*Free time will be given when agents can work on individual examples with supervised instruction.. |

| Prospecting Workshop |
PREREQUISITE: XL Paragon Intro OR the ability to login,
search, print and email in XL Paragon. This workshop will give step by step instructions on using the
Prospect Function in XL Paragon. Topics covered: Overview of the Prospect Function, Adding a Prospect,
Running Matches, Using a Prospect E-mail, Changing and Deleting Prospects, and Reverse Prospecting.
*Free time will be given when agents can work on individual examples with supervised instruction. |

| CMA Workshop |
PREREQUISITE: XL Paragon Intro OR the ability to login,
search, print and email in XL Paragon. This workshop will give step by step instructions on using the CMA
function in XL Paragon. Topics covered: Running CMA Searches using Street Address Search, Property Search or MLS #
Search, Adding a Map to a Property Search, Creating CMA Reports with and without Subject Property Information,
Printing CMA Reports, E-mailing CMA Reports, and Recalling Saved CMAs.
*Free time will be given when agents can work on individual examples with supervised instruction. |

Printing, and E-mailing Tax, Flood, and Zoning Maps, Realist Search Options and more. |

| This class will review the following: Login,
User Preferences, calendar, MLS # Search, Property Search, Printing, Emailing, Hot sheets, Tax (look up only),
Realtor Tours, Toolkit (Flyer and Forms and Documents only), and Listing Maintenance. |

| Listing Maintenance Workshop |
| This workshop will give step by step instructions on
using the Listing Maintenance function in XL Paragon. Topics covered: Logging in to XL Paragon, Adding a Listing,
Changing a Listing, Adding, Deleting and Reordering Photos, Adding a Virtual Tour and Managing Associated Documents
for your listing. |

| Create an Agent Page |
| Agents will learn how to create a first level of Marketing
Exposure on the Internet by building their FREE Agent Web Page and Showcase banner for njmls.com. Bring your photo
on a CD along with some information about yourself to enter into a biography and build your page during this
hands on workshop. |

| IDX/Web Seminar |
| This free seminar will introduce the agent to the Internet
Data Exchange Program and the options for having an Agent Web site built. Topics covered: What is IDX,
what does it look like, what are the by-laws associated with IDX, what are the costs, and how do you get
started. Also discussed are the benefits of having a web presence, the basic steps required in developing
a website, sample designs and pricing plans. |

| Agent Central Pro |
| PREREQUISITE: This is a training class for agents who have
already ordered AGENT CENTRAL PRO or AGENT CENTRAL PRO LITE. Prior to class agents must pre-register on
www.agentproducer.com to activate Agent Central Pro or Agent Central Pro Lite. Topics covered will be: Set up
and use of Agent Central Pro, deciding on your layout, choosing good meta tags for the search engines, building pages,
setting up navigation, using the online editor, working with the Lead Management System, changing themes and colors
and more.
