ShowingTime Offer Manager is Now Available to NJMLS Members

We’re excited to announce your newest member benefit, Offer Manager by ShowingTime, is now available and integrated within your ShowingTime account. Offer Manager brings improved efficiency and communication to a critical part of the real estate process for both listing agents and buyer’s agents who choose to use it.

Please note, if you would like to use this new optional feature you will need to go into your “ShowingTime Agent Preferences” screen under Listing Maintenance and set the Offer Manager option to “Yes”.

Benefits for Listing Agents:
• All Offers in One Place – All offer documents, offer summary and buyer’s agent contact information will be automatically organized by listing.
• Easy Communication with Buyer’s Agents – You can text, call or email agents in one-touch or mass update all buyer’s agents on a listing.
• Compare Offer Details – Send a professionally formatted Side-by-Side Offer Comparison Report to your seller from a desktop or mobile device.

Benefits for Buyer’s Agents:
• Submit Offers via the MLS – Click the link on the MLS listing to submit your offer to the listing agent.
• Offer Received Read-Receipt – You will automatically receive a date/time-stamped read-receipt once the listing agent has opened your offer.
• View Submitted Offers in One Spot – Easily see the offers you’ve submitted and their current status in a single, searchable view.
