Appraiser Application

The appraiser named below hereby makes application for membership in the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Inc. and agrees to abide by the By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations of the Service, which can be found at: newjerseymls.com/rules.

To begin your Appraiser Application, complete the form and hit Submit. You will receive an email copy of the application which you need to sign. Once signed, follow the instructions to email or fax the signed application to our Membership Department.

Select the membership level you require:

Level One: Access to Sold Listings and Tax Data Only

I agree to pay a $250.00 annual membership fee.
A condition of membership is that I am licensed or certified by the appropriate New Jersey state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property and have paid Affiliate dues to a REALTOR® Board of my choice.

Level Two: Access to All Listings and Tax Data

I agree to pay a $500.00 initiation fee, $30.00 monthly office dues, and a $222.00 annual membership fee.
A condition of membership is that I am licensed or certified by the appropriate New Jersey state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property and have paid full REALTOR® dues to a REALTOR® Board of my choice.

Please include a letter of good stand from the Board of REALTORS® and a copy of your appraiser license.
