Homesnap is a market-leading national home search platform that provides real-time MLS data to consumers and free leads to agents. It is the public-facing brand of the Broker Public Portal (BPP), built from within the industry and governed by Fair Display Guidelines.

NJMLS provides members with the Homesnap Pro app as a free, value added service. It provides real-time information to agents on the go, allowing you to research homes, contact agents, and communicate with clients from any device. Homesnap Pro features include:

  • Ability to search listings by address, street, commute time, zip code, map, MLS #, and more
  • Agent-only MLS data, such as showing instructions and confidential listing information
  • Information about any home (whether or not for sale), such as estimated value, last sale date and price, listing history, similar active listings, recent sales comps, lot boundaries, etc.
  • In-app messaging with clients and/or other agents
  • In-app integration with ShowingTime
  • Rapid Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) generation right from your mobile phone

Syndicate Office Listings to Homesnap and get FREE LEADS.

Designated REALTORS® can syndicate their office listings to Homesnap and their listing agents will get FREE leads from consumers who use the Homesnap platform to search for homes.

To enable this option, Designated REALTORS® can go to their Manage Listing Syndication screen in XL Paragon, click the SUBSCRIBE button next to Homesnap, and then click SAVE.
