RatePlug allows agents to share live, accurate mortgage payment information from your preferred lenders directly with buyers simply by clicking on the Mortgage Calculator link that displays on listing reports sent via email. It is a valuable financing tool that helps buyers understand the mortgage options available to them, based on your chosen lenders.

To get started:

  • Brokers/Designated Realtors must first request this feature be enabled for their office.  Send an email with your request to support@njmls.com
  • Preferred lender SET UP and free account ACTIVATION is required with RatePlug.
    • Brokers can choose to set up preferred lenders for their office. Brokers: Click to get started.
    • Agents MUST ACTIVATE their free account on the RatePlug website and set up the preferred lenders they will use in order to start using the feature. Agents should first check with their brokers to see if they should use preferred lenders set up for the office or if the agent can set up preferred lenders of their choosing. Agents: Click to activate.
