Integrated in the NJMLS system as a value-added member benefit, SocialBAY lets you post your listings automatically to your social media networks, including your Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn business pages, plus X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok, with this new integrated tool included free with your NJMLS membership. Once enabled, posts will be created automatically for your new listings and price changes and you will be notified in advance of posting so you have the option to make changes, reschedule, or cancel.

In addition to this convenient auto posting feature, you will also be able to create and schedule your own posts for Open Houses, Sold Listings and more, and even post lead generating landing pages. SocialBAY also offers the option to advertise your posts and order postcard mailings through their platform for a fee.
