New! NJMLS Offers Remine PRO


NJMLS is pleased to announce we will be offering members another popular tool to add to the many resources available through our MLS system:  Remine PRO, a real estate data and analytics tool that provides agents with actionable insights. NJMLS is providing Remine PRO free of charge. The Remine Pro upgrade normally cost $199 per month versus the Remine Starter version offered by most other MLS organizations.

Remine combines MLS data, public records, and predictive analytics in a map-based graphical interface that helps you find new business opportunities:
  • Search for active and off-market properties and get actionable insights such as sell scores, ownership time, property values, and home equity.
  • Track people and properties and get timely alerts based on changes in sell score, occupancy, MLS activity, and other data.
  • Create CMAs quickly and easily using both MLS and off-market data.
With Remine PRO you get these upgraded features included at no charge:
  • Contact Information with phone numbers* and email addresses at no cost (normally $3/record)
  • Expanded Cart lets you track up to 10,000 records (normally 500)
  • Buy Scores in addition to Sell Scores, lets you target both potential buyers and sellers
  • Engage with clients with your invitation-only Agent Portal to save search, chat, and more
  • Free Credit Report option can be included for your client
  • Free Document E-signing Tool

Designated Realtors, Save the Date:  Annual Meeting


The NJMLS Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 22nd at 9:30am in our Haworth office. Continental breakfast will be served beginning at 9:15am.

Designated Realtors are invited to join the Board meeting, which is followed by a presentation of what’s new at the NJMLS and an introduction to the new Remine PRO tool.

Invitations will be sent via email with details on how to RSVP.

What’s New in XL Paragon


Do you know about our recent features and enhancements? Here’s what was recently released in XL Paragon:

Text Message Listings
We recently added another option to get listings to your prospective buyers, via text message.

When you select any Customer Report you will see two tabs: Send Email and Send Text Message. Select the Sent Text Message option, enter a brief message, then type the recipient’s cell phone number or select if from the box on the right if it was previously saved in your Contacts.

In Toolkit, the Sent Email Log has been renamed Communication Logs and displays option to view listings sent either way.


Quick Prospect Tool
A new Quick Prospect Tool has been released in XL Paragon, providing an additional, more intuitive way to add a Prospect. When sending listings to a new email address (one which you have not previously sent to from the system), an option will display on the existing Save Contact dialogue screen, prompting you to schedule this recipient as a Prospect using very basic criteria from the initial search, and letting you choose the interval for sending emails (immediate or daily). You will be able to modify the Prospect criteria at a future date to include more comprehensive choices.

Once scheduled as a Prospect, the client and the agent will receive a Welcome email with a link to a video, guiding them through the navigation of the Client Connect page, showing them the features of the page, how to mark favorite listings, send messages, and schedule showings.


Potential Short Sale – Contact Listing Agent
This required field, with the choices of Yes or No, was added to the RES, 2–4, CCT, LAND, 5+MIXED use categories. The field appears on new listings added after the release date, displaying on agent Full Reports only. If Yes is selected, listing agents must continue to add the language, “Potential Short Sale, Bank or Lender approval required“ to the Customer Remarks and Internet Remarks.
 
Built Prior to 1978
This required field, with the choices Yes or No, was added to the RES, 2–4, CCT, RENTAL, 5+MIXED use categories. If Yes is selected, a message displays letting the agent know they are required to upload the Lead Paint Agreement to the Associated Docs section of the listing. If this form is not uploaded within 24 hours, an email will be sent to the listing agent reminding them to upload the required Lead Paint Form as soon as possible.
