The NJMLS provides many valuable tools to help streamline your work. These are offered as part of your membership with us, at no extra cost. Have you tried any of these yet? If not, or if you feel you need to brush up on how to use them, remember we also offer free training on most of these products, provided by the NJMLS or the vendor, so please look in the News and Alerts Section of the Matrix Dashboard for dates and information on how to register. Here's what's available to you:
ShowingTime
ShowingTime is an integrated appointment management tool, which allows listing agents to enable an icon on their listings, allowing other NJMLS members to request an appointment with just the click of a button. It also provides tools for listing agents to keep track of showing activity, create reports to share with sellers, and more.
ShowingTime Offer Manager
ShowingTime's Offer Manager is a real estate tool that streamlines the offer process by centralizing all offers for a listing in one place, organizing them, and providing a platform for communication between listing agents, sellers, and buyer's agents.
Realist
The Realist tax database is one of three offered in our system. Realist tax data is provided by CoreLogic, the vendor who also provides the Matrix system and the NJMLS Mobile app, so tax data and other information from Realist can also be accessed while you're working on the go.
Remine
Remine is an integrated real estate software platform that combines property records, consumer data, and analytics to help agents find leads and identify potential new business using a map and selected filters.
NJ Property Records
NJ Property Records is one of three tax database products offered by the NJMLS. This product provides tax data based on listings and public records, as well as other helpful information such as property record cards, flood information, property hazard information, deed information, and more.
Cloud CMA
Cloud CMA provides agents with a way to create professional CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) and other property reports. It pulls data directly from Multiple Listing Services (MLS) to help agents quickly generate customized reports including CMAs, buyer tours, property reports, and flyers for clients. The platform allows for interactive and printable reports that can be branded and shared electronically or in-person
ZipForm - MLS Connect
This integration allows users to import MLS data directly into a transaction, auto-populating listing information into contracts and forms. Agents may also use zipForms to export contracts to their chosen e-signature platform for required signatures.
RatePlug
RatePlug partners loan originators with agents directly within the MLS system, allowing agents to provide up-to-date mortgage information to potential buyers, using their chosen lenders.
SocialBay
SocialBay helps agents automate social media posts, track engagement, and run ads, by simply clicking a button.
